*What types of accounts can I open online?
We do not open accounts online. All accounts are opened in person with one of our Customer Service Representatives. For all new customers we review your Chex system report, to verify your identity and to help us understand how you’ve handled your accounts at other banks.

*How do I enroll in Online Banking?

*Is Online banking free?
Yes! Online Banking is free for all North Georgia National Bank customers

*How do I pay bills online? Is it a free service?
Our secure Bill Pay service is free for all North Georgia National Bank customers. Register for Bill Pay and begin the set up process by selecting the “Bill Pay” link in your Online Banking account. Follow the guided steps to begin paying your bills online.

*Do you have telephone banking?
Yes, call 706-624-0888 to obtain account balances and other pertinent information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

*How do I contact Customer Service?
Call Customer Service at 706-629-6499 Monday thru Friday 8:00 am-4:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am- 12:00 pm.

*How do I report a lost or stolen debit card?
During regular banking hours, contact a customer service representative by calling 706-629-6499 or after hours, call 1-800-554-8969. If you call 1-800-554-8969, follow up with us at 706-629-6499.

*How do I change the address on my account?
You will need to visit one of our locations.

*Do we offer Mobile banking?
Mobile Banking is not offered at this time.

*What do I do when I am having trouble logging on to online banking?
Call Customer Service at 706-629-6499 Monday thru Friday 8:00 am-4:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am-12:00 pm.   

*Who do I call if I have trouble with bill pay?
Call Bill Pay Customer Service at 866-732-5030 between the hours of 7:00am – 1:00am ET, 7 days a week.
